基于原液染色涤纶交织混色织物的颜色预测模型构建与评价

摘要:为准确预测原液染色涤纶丝交织后的空间混合颜色。在一系列假设的基础上,基于交织混色织物理想几何结构模型,提出纱线交织后压扁系数的计算方法,推导了修正的色纱和间隙覆盖率计算公式;在现有交织混合颜色预测模型的基础上,构建了带中间函数和经验系数的改进模型,并采用迭代法求得最适合原液染色涤纶交织织物颜色预测的经验系数;为验证和评价模型,设计并织造了4块原液染色涤纶交织混色织物色卡用于模型验证。研究表明,新模型在预测精度及适用性方面优于以往固定形式的颜色预测模型,可作为交织混色计算机测配色系统的基础算法。

Building and evaluation of color prediction model for dope dyed polyester interwoven color mixing fabrics
Abstract:To accurately predict the spatial mixed color of dope dyed polyester interwoven fabrics, the computing method of yarn flattening coefficient after interwoven was put forwarded, amended calculation formula of colored yarn and gap coverage rate was deduced on the basis of a series of assumptions of the ideal geometric model of interwoven color mixing fabrics; A new color prediction model with intermediate function and empirical coefficient was built based on the research of existing color mixing model. Optimal empirical coefficient was calculated by iteration method which is best fit the dope dyed polyester interwoven color mixing fabrics . Then, 4 types of dope dyed polyester interwoven color mixing fabric color cards were woven for validation and evaluation of new model. Researches show that, The forecast precision and applicability of new model are superior to existing fixed form color prediction models, the new model can be used as basic algorithm for computer color predicting and matching of interwoven fabrics.
