车削大螺距螺纹刀具左右后刀面磨损差异性

摘要:采用刀具左右切削刃沿轴向交替分层车削大螺距螺杆时,左右后刀面磨损不同,直接影响左右螺纹面的加工表面质量一致性。为揭示左右后刀面磨损差异性及其影响因素,分析刀具左右切削刃受力状态,阐明刀具左右后刀面磨损力学条件上的差异性;采用等切削参数法,进行车削螺距16mm外螺纹实验,研究刀具左右后刀面磨损形态和磨损宽度的变化特性;利用后刀面磨损宽度沿切削刃长度上的分布曲线,表征左右后刀面磨损差异性。结果表明,左右切削刃的刀-工接触关系不同,使左右后刀面磨损的力学条件存在明显不同;相同工艺条件下螺纹车刀左右后刀面在磨损形态、磨损宽度和磨损分布上存在差异,调整左右切削刃的切削行程不能有效地减小这种差异性。

Wear Difference between Left and Right Flank Faces in Turning Large Pitch Thread
Abstract:When axial layer turning is used to process large pitch thread, it causes the wear of left and right flank faces to be different and decreases the surface quality and consistent of thread. For revealing their difference and causes, firstly, force analyzing of left and right cutting edge is established to explain the difference between the mechanical conditions of the wear of left and right flank faces. Furthermore, the experiment of dry turning external thread whose pitch is 16mm, is done to research the variation characteristics of wear patterns and widths of left and right flank faces. In addition, drawing distribution curve show the difference of the wear of left and right flank surface. The results show that the difference of tool-workpiece contact relation make mechanical conditions of the wear of left and right flank faces different. In the same parameters, the wear patterns, the wear width, and the wear distribution of left and right flank faces are different, in addition, changing the cutting stroke cannot decrease the difference effectively.
