飞机草入侵对热带萨王纳土壤有机 碳组分的影响

摘要:飞机草(Chromolaena Odorata)是一种具有全球性入侵潜力的菊科草本或亚灌木植物,已经成功侵入我国华南地区,被列为《中国外来入侵物种名录(第一批)》。但是飞机草入侵后对土壤有机碳储存产生的生态效应仍然没有得到足够的研究,飞机草入侵生态系统中土壤有机碳储存状态将如何变化,目前还没有给出明确的答案。本研究以海南省东方大田坡鹿自然保护区热带savanna生态系统为研究对象,研究飞机草入侵对土壤有机碳组分的影响。结果表明飞机草入侵对土壤pH无显著影响,但显著该表了土壤含水量和容重;不同处理区间土壤有机碳和各组分活性有机碳含量均随土壤深度增加而降低,飞机草入侵显著增加土壤有机碳和溶解性有机碳含量,但显著降低了水溶性有机碳含量,对土壤微生物量碳、颗粒态有机碳、易氧化有机碳含量无显著影响。这些结果说明虽然飞机草是一种入侵杂草,可能对生态系统功能有其他负面效应,但其在改善土壤肥力和增加土壤碳吸存方面具有明显的促进作用。

Effects of the invasion of Chromolaena odorata on soil organic carbon fractions in the soils of a tropical savanna
Abstract:Chromolaena odorata is one of the most dangerous invasive plants around the world. It has invaded and established widely in southern China and therefore been listed in the Directory of Invasive species in China (The first version). However, studies remain lacking on the ecological effects of the C. odorata invasion on soil organic carbon (SOC) storage. This study was conducted to explore the potential effects of C. odorata invasion on SOC fractions in a tropical savanna located at the reserve of Dongfang Datian in Hainan province. Results showed that the invasion of C. odorata did not significantly change soil pH, but significantly affected soil moisture and bulk density. Under all of the invaded and control plots, SOC content and fractions significantly declined as soil depth increases. The invasion of C. odorata significantly increased SOC and dissolved organic carbon but reduced water-soluable organic carbon, and produced neutral effects on microbial biomass carbon, particulate organic carbon and easily-oxidizable organic carbon. Our results suggest that in spite of the negative effects of invasive plants reported in previous studies, C. odorate may help improve soil feitility and C sequestration in the tropical savanna.
