免疫代谢研究进展

摘要:在免疫应激过程中,免疫细胞呈现高度的动态性。不同的免疫细胞会选择不同的代谢途径来满足自身能量的需求,完成在其增殖、活化各阶段中的一系列的生物合成。然而,在免疫细胞选择不同代谢通路的同时,不同的代谢通路也在影响着免疫细胞的效应,在某种程度上,免疫代谢的改变对免疫细胞的功能发挥具有指向性意义。因此,了解免疫代谢与免疫效应功能的相互关系显得尤为重要。本文主要介绍髓系细胞、淋巴细胞等免疫细胞的代谢通路及其在不同效应阶段代谢途径的改变,并探讨免疫代谢对免疫功能的影响。

Advances in immunometabolism
Abstract:In the course of immunological stress, immune cells exhibit a high degree of dynamic. Different immune cells which experience in their growth, proliferation would adopt distinct metabolic configurations to balance its requirements for energy and biosynthesis. However, when the immune cells select a different metabolic pathway, cell metabolism also regulates immune effector function. Therefore, understanding the immune metabolism and immune effector function relationship is particularly important. This review describes the metabolic pathways of immune cells, including myeloid cells and lymphocytes, and their changes in different stages of immune respones, as well as introduces how metabolic pathways regulate the immune response.
