摘要:检验作为一种控制制造过程中流向各工序废品的重要方法,合理的检验策略能够显著影响到制造过程中单位产品的碳排放。为减少制造过程中单位产品的碳排放,首先,考虑制造过程中的质量波动,分析了基于产品制造过程中检验策略的碳排放特性;然后,以单位产品碳排放和检验成本为优化目标,建立了面向碳排放的产品制造过程检验策略优化模型;最后,采用自适应粒子群算法对模型进行优化求解。

Product Manufacturing Process Inspection Strategies Optimization Model for Carbon Emission
Abstract:Inspection as an important method to control the flow of waste products in the manufacturing process, reasonable inspection policies can significantly affect the product carbon emission in manufacturing process. To reduce the product carbon emission in manufacturing process, firstly, the carbon emission characteristics of the inspection policies based on the manufacturing process are analyzed. Then, the model of the product manufacturing process inspection strategies optimization for product carbon emission and inspection cost is established. Finally, the model is solved based on the adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm.?????
