单分散过渡金属氮化物纳米晶体的合成及电催化性质研究

摘要:随着能源的短缺和环境污染的日益严重,燃料电池的研究已经成为备受关注的课题。无机非贵金属催化剂成为替代传统贵族金属催化剂最常用的材料,该研究通过采用低温油相合成的方法在油胺和十六胺的混合溶剂中成功合成了氮化铜纳米方块,发展了一种在十八胺溶剂中热分解硝酸铜的方法合成了单分散过渡金属纳米晶体,并采用透射电镜(TEM)和X-射线光电子能谱对纳米颗粒进行表征,通过磁性测试证明在室温下氮化亚铜纳米方块具有铁磁性,且具有良好的氧还原(ORR)和硝基苯还原(NBR)电催化活性。

The Synthesis of Monodisperse Transition Metal Nitride Nanocrystalline and their Catalytic Properties in Catalysis for Electrochemical Catalysis
Abstract:As the energy shortage and environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, full cell has become an issue of public concern.Inorganic non-noble metal catalysts become the most commonly used materials as the alternatives to traditional noble metal catalyst. Transition metal nitride nanocrystals has been successful synthesized by solvothermal approach and characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Magnetic measurements indicate that the fabricated transition metal nitride nanocrystals exhibit room temperature ferromagnetism and excellent electrocatalytic activity toward ORR and NBR .
