新型氮掺杂型碳量子点的制备及其在生物成像中的应用

摘要:碳量子点是一种新兴的无机准零维碳纳米材料,因其优异的荧光性能和生物相容性而被应用于生物医学领域。本文,以透明质酸和甘氨酸为前驱物,通过水热法一步制备生物亲和型氮掺杂碳量子点(Nitrogen-doped carbon dots, NCDs)。通过透射电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱、荧光光谱、射线衍射光谱对其进行表征发现,NCDs具有较为均一的粒径分布(~ 3.2 nm),丰富的亲水表面基团,稳定的荧光性能和较高的荧光量子产率(12%)。生物实验表明,NCDs具有较好的生物相容性和血液相容性,可快速进入细胞内部并成功应用于肿瘤细胞的荧光成像。?????

Preparetion of novel nitrogen-doped carbon dots for bioimaging
Abstract:Carbon quantum dots are new inorganic quasi-zero-dimensional carbon nanomaterials, and can be applied in biomedical area due to their good biocompability and unique fluorescence properties. This paper prepared Nitrogen-doped carbon dots (NCDs) used hyaluronic acid and glycine to be precursors by hydrothermal process. NCDs possessed uniform size distribution (~ 3.2 nm),hydrophilic surface groups,stable fluorescence property and high fluorescence quantum yield (12%) by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FITR), fluorescence spectra, X-ray diffraction spectra (XRD). Also, NCDs have favorable biocompability, hemocompatibility, and uptook by cancer cells, so can be applied in fluorescence imaging of tumor cells.
