摘要:11(S)-药喇叭酸甲酯是合成许多天然树脂糖苷类化合物的常用中间体。本文报道了以商业化试剂(R)-缩水甘油和1,9-壬二醇为起始原料来合成11(S)药喇叭酸甲酯的新工艺。该方法具有合成路线短、操作简单及合成总效率较高(21.3%,8步)的特点。

Synthesis of methyl 11(S)-jalapinolate
Abstract:Methyl 11(S)-jalapinolate is a common intermediate for the synthesis of many resin glycosides. In this paper, methyl 11(S)-jalapinolate has been synthesized from the commercially available (R)-glycidol and 1,9-nonanediol. The improved approach exhibited advantages such as short synthetic route, simple operation and high overall yield (21.3% in eight steps).
