偶联剂对PZT/PVDF压电复合材料电性能的影响

摘要:本文采用两种偶联剂对PZT颗粒表面改性处理,制备了不同的0.5PZT/PVDF压电复合材料,通过红外光谱和扫描电镜照片对比了两种偶联剂的处理效果,同时与未经偶联剂处理的PZT颗粒进行对比。进一步研究了偶联剂处理前、后陶瓷与PVDF之间的结合力,结果表明钛酸酯偶联剂NDZ-101处理后的PZT颗粒与PVDF之间互相浸润、渗透,增加了二者的结合力。

Effect of coupling agent treatment on the PZT/PVDF composites
Abstract:In this paper, two different coupling agents were used to improve the interface state of the ceramic phase, making it produce coupling effect with polymer matrix, enhancing the binding force between the two phases, so as to improve the interface state between the two phases. Results showed that the titanate coupling agent NDZ-101 increase the binding force of modified PZT particles and PVDF.
