热处理对PZT/PVDF压电复合材料电特性的影响

摘要:本文采用高温热处理PZT 陶瓷粉末,再将其与PVDF制备了PZT/PVDF压电复合材料,研究了高温处理PZT对复合材料的微观结构、表面形貌、压电性能和介电性能的影响。结果表明:高温热处理工艺制备PZT/PVDF复合材料减少复合材料的孔隙,同时提高了复合材料的压电系数和介电常数。

Effect of heat treatment process on the electric performance of PZT/PVDF composite
Abstract:In this paper, PZT ceramic powders were used through the high temperature heat treatment to prepare the PZT/PVDF. And then the microstructure, surface morphology, dielectric properties and piezoelectric properties with and without high temperature treatment were researched. The results show that the porosity of the PZT/PVDF composites were decreased by the heat treatment PZT, at the same time the piezoelectric coefficient and the dielectric constant of the PZT/PVDF composite material were improved sharply.
