不同用水工艺下再生骨料混凝土性能研究

摘要:本文主要研究不同用水工艺下,再生骨料混凝土的力学性能和耐久性性能的差异。文中将预湿处理和未预湿处理的再生骨料浇筑成再生骨料混凝土,并对其力学抗压性能、收缩性、抗氯离子侵蚀和抗碳化等耐久性性能进行了测试。通过对其力学性能和耐久性性能的研究比较,发现无论是控制总用水相同,还是控制拌合用水量相同,预湿法处理后的再生骨料混凝土抗压强度和混凝土收缩应变降低,混凝土收缩应变、氯离子迁移系数和碳化深度增加。并基于这些结论,为再生骨料的推广运用提供指导和帮助。

Properties of recycled aggregate concrete with different water control methods
Abstract:The paper presents the results of an experimental study on properties of recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) that has been modified by different water control methods. The compressive strength, shrinkage, carbonation and chloride penetrability of RAC with different water control methods are determined. The effect of different water control methods on the RAC is discussed based on test results. It is found that whether total water consumption or mixing water consumption is equal, pre-wetting process weakened the performance in compressive strength, carbonation and chloride ion resistance. But the shrinkage decreased meanwhile. And it will provide guidance and help for the application of recycled aggragete.
