长白猪和蓝塘猪SCD1、DGAT2和LPIN1的启动子序列对比

摘要:本试验旨在克隆长白猪和蓝塘猪SCD1、DGAT2和LPIN1三个关键成脂基因的启动子并进行品种间的比较。利用PCR的方法获得了三个基因的启动子片段,并进行纯化、连接、转化获得重组克隆载体,测序后利用生物信息学软件进行分析。SCD1和DGAT2的启动子序列在两个品种间较为保守,而LPIN1启动子的序列在两个品种间存在一定差异。

The comparison of promoters of SCD1, DGAT2 and LPIN1 between Landrace and Lantang Pig
Abstract:The experiment was conducted to clone the promoters of Landrase and Lantang Pig's SCD1, DGAT2 and LPIN1 genes, which are important for the regulation of lipid deposition, to make a comparison between these two species. The promoters of these genes were amplified with PCR, and then the cloning vector of these promoters were obtained by purification, ligation and transformation. After sequencing, these promoters were analyzed by bioinformatics software. The promoters of SCD1 and DGAT2 are relatively conserved between these tow species, while there are some differences exist in the promoter of LPIN1 between them.
