原液染色丝及其交织混色织物的颜色特征和色度分布规律研究

摘要:建立完整的原液染色交织混色织物颜色色谱,实现交织混合颜色的准确控制和预测。课题首先在221色的原液染色丝色卡中选取红、绿、蓝、青、品红、黄6种色丝,并分别配置在织物的经向和纬向,采用8种渐变组织进行织造,得到288块颜色各异的交织混色织物色样。然后采用分光光度测色计和Digieye数码成像测色系统对织物色样与原液染色丝色样的反射率光谱和颜色进行测试,并对它们的颜色特征和色度分布规律进行比较分析。研究认为,原液染色丝色卡的部分色系在颜色密度和均匀性上存在较大的缺陷,色纱交织混合大大增加了织物颜色,并扩展了色域;原液染色丝的交织混合颜色在CIE1976色度图中呈极高的线性关系,交织混色符合色光混合中的互补色规律。

Study on Color Characteristics and Chromaticity Distribution Laws of Dope Dyed Yarn and Its Interwoven Color Mixing Fabrics
Abstract:In order to establishes the complete color spectrum of dope dyed yarn and its interwoven color mixing fabrics, and achieves the accurate control and prediction of interwoven mixing color. In this paper, 288 pieces of colorful fabrics were interwoven by adopting red, green, blue, cyan, magenta, yellow 6 colors of dope dyed yarns and 8 types of gradually varied weave structures, which warp and filling yarn were selected from from 221 color cards of dope dyed yarn. Spectrophotometer and Digieye digital imaging color measuring system are adopted in testing reflectance spectra and colors of 288 pieces of fabrics and 211 colors of dope dyed yarn, their color characteristics and chromaticity distribution laws are analyzed and compared subsequently. Research shows that, some colour scheme of dope dyed yarns has obvious defects in color density and uniformity. However, the number of colors are greatly increased and color gamut is widely expanded by interweaving colored yarn. The mixed fabric colors in CIE1976 chromaticity diagram is extremely in linear relation and satisfying the complementary color laws of colored light mixing.
