加密域SURF图像特征提取

摘要:加密域信号处理可以在保证用户信息安全的同时又不牺牲信号处理的功能,是信号处理领域的研究热点。本文基于Paillier同态加密,实现了一种加密域的SURF特征提取算法,该算法无需解密,即可在加密域提取图像的SURF特征。实验结果表明,采用本文提出的加密域算法提取出的SURF特征点数量和位置与明文域算法提取的完全一致,描述子与明文域的误差也仅为0.0002932%。另外,本文还对该算法进行了安全性论证以及通信代价的分析,本文提出的算法可以广泛应用在加密域图像处理、多媒体信息安全等领域。

SURF feature extraction in encryption domain
Abstract:Encryption domain signal processing can ensure the security of user information without sacrificing the function of signal processing, so it is a research hotspot in the field of signal processing.A SURF feature extraction algorithm based on Paillier is implemented in this paper. The algorithm can extract the SURF features of the image in encryption domain without decryption.The experimental results show that the number and location of SURF feature points extracted by the proposed algorithm are equal with that extracted by plaintext domain, and the error of descriptor is only 0.0002932%. Moreover, the security of the algorithm and the cost of communication are analyzed in this paper.The proposed algorithm can be widely applied in the field of image processing, multimedia information security and so on.
