荷电锐钛矿PSS-TiO2/聚电解质陶瓷管式超亲水纳滤膜及其性能

摘要:以Al2O3陶瓷管式膜为基膜,将荷电锐钛矿型PSS-TiO2纳米粒子与聚电解质掺杂,采用静电层层自组装的成膜方法制备得到荷电PSS-TiO2/聚电解质陶瓷管式杂化膜,对其表面进行改性,得到荷电锐钛矿PSS-TiO2/聚电解质陶瓷管式超亲水纳滤膜;表征了荷电PSS-TiO2/聚电解质陶瓷管式杂化膜的表面形貌和紫外改性后杂化膜表面亲水性;分别探讨了超亲水纳滤膜的制膜条件和操作条件对铬黑T、二甲基酚橙染料分子分离性能的影响。结果表明,随着紫外光照时间的增加,膜表面亲水性增强;当紫外光照时间为80min时,其接触角约为2 ,达到超亲水表面;在25 ℃和0.60 MPa的操作条件下,制备的 (PSS-TiO2/PEI)4.5陶瓷管式超亲水纳滤膜,对2.0×10-3 g/L的铬黑T的截留率为95%,通量达到269 L/(m2ohoMPa),对染料二甲基酚橙的截留率为99%,通量达到161 L/(m2ohoMPa)。

Research on the charged PSS -TiO2 /PEI polyelectrolyte tubular super-hydrophilic nanofiltration membrane
Abstract: In this work, the charged PSS-TiO2/PEI polyelectrolyte super-hydrophilic ceramic tube nanofiltration membrane has been fabricated by layer-by-layer electrostatic self-assembly techonology on Al2O3 ceramic tubular membrane substrate. The PSS modified anatase TiO2 nanoparticles was prepared bylow-temperature method. The variation of surface morphologies and wetness with time of UV irradiation radiation were investigated by SEM and contact angles. The nanofiltration performance on dyeing solution of eriochrome black T and xylenol orange were investigated. The results show that with the increase of ultraviolet irradiation time, the hydrophilicity of the film surface enhanced; when UV irradiation time was 80min, the contact angle is about 2 , achieved the super-hydrophilicity. Under the operating conditions of 25 ℃ and 0.60 Mpa, the retention of the (TiO2-PSS/ PEI)4.5 hybrid ceramic tubular membrane to 2.0×10-3 g/L of chromium black T and dimethyl phenol orange is 95% and 99%, respectively, along with 269 and 161 L/(m2ohoMPa) of flux.
