聚丁二炔/壳聚糖层层组装复合纳米纤维检测金属离子的研究

摘要:利用层层组装技术将壳聚糖和改性后的聚丁二炔组装至醋酸纤维素纳米纤维表面,制备出可快速检测金属离子的CS/PCDA-IPA/CA复合纳米纤维膜。使用SEM、FTIR、XRD对其进行表征,研究了CS/PCDA-IPA/CA复合纳米纤维膜定性和粗定量检测金属离子的性能。结果显示:随着组装层数的增加,复合纳米纤维膜的直径有所增加,表面变得粗糙,聚丁二炔的含量也逐渐增加。CS/PCDA-IPA/CA复合纳米纤维对于汞、镁 、铅、铈等离子具有定性检测的特性,对铅离子的检测尤为明显,同时可粗定量检测汞、镁 、铅、铈等金属离子,检出限可达0.0001mg/ml。

Polydiacetylene/Chitosan layer-by-layer composite nanofibers developed as a novel metal ion detection probe
Abstract:Polydiacetylene/Chitosan layer-by-layer composite nanofiber film was developed via electrospinning, and it could be used as a metal ions detection probe. SEM, FTIR and XRD were used to characterized the omposite nanofiber membrane. The results showed that, as the number of layers of the assembly increased, the diameter of the composite nanofiber membranes became larger, the surface begean to be rough, the content of polydiacetylene was also increased. CS/ PCDA-IPA/CA composite nanofibers could be used as a metal ions probe for Hg, Mg, Pb and Ce, especially for Pb ion, and it could also quantitative detected Hg, Mg, Pb, Ce ions.
