十二烷基苯磺酸钠对铝合金表面铝锂转化膜耐蚀性能的研究

摘要:本文通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线能谱仪(EDS)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、动电位极化曲线测试、电化学阻抗测试(EIS)、中性的盐雾测试(NSS)等方法研究了十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)对铝合金表面铝锂转化膜耐蚀性能的影响。SEM、EDS、XPS的结果显示添加剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠参与成膜,并使膜层的微观结构更加致密均匀。动电位极化曲线测试和电化学阻抗测试(EIS)表明通过SDBS的改性,Li-Al LDH转化膜层的防腐性能大幅提高,自腐蚀电流密度从1.976×10-4 A/cm2降低到5.285×10-7 A/cm2,自腐蚀电压从-1.506V上升到-0.624V,中性盐雾实验(NSS)超过300h。成膜过程研究表明SDBS的添加使成膜时间从1173s缩短到940s,转化膜的OCP增加了0.5408 V。

Study of effect of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate on the corrosion inhibition of Li-Al chemical conversion coating based on aluminium alloy surface
Abstract:The effect of SDBS on the corrosion protection properties of Li-Al conversion coatings based on aluminium alloy was investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM),X-ray energy spectrometer(EDS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS),electrochemical testsand neutral salt spray test (NSST), respectively.The results of SEM, EDS and XPS showed that sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)involved in the coating formation, and the characteristics ofdense and uniformityis superior to the conversion coating without modified by SDBS.Electrochemical testand NSST results showed that theanti-corrosion performance of modified coating had aefficient increase.The corrosion current density decreased from 1.976×10-4A/cm2 to 5.285×10-7 A/cm2,and the corrosion voltage increased from -1.506V to -0.624V. Furthermore,Neutral salt spray test (NSS) was more than 300h. Potential (E)-time (T) curve resultsdemonstrated that SDBS added promoted the formation of coating and shortened the formation time from 1173s to 940s and the stable membrane potential of conversion coating was increased by 0.5408 V.
