摘要:激光诱导击穿光谱(laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy, LIBS)是一种新兴的基于原子发射的物质成分分析技术;化学模式识别作为化学计量学中的重要内容,从化学量测数据出发揭示物质的隐含属性。化学模式识别结合LIBS技术能够实现物质的判别分类。本文介绍了常用化学模式识别方法的基本原理,以及这些方法结合LIBS在各个领域的应用情况,并对化学计量学在激光诱导击穿光谱中的应用和发展做了展望。

Progress of Chemical Pattern Recognition in Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy
Abstract:Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS), based on atomic emission spectroscopy, is an emerging technique for material component analysis. Chemical pattern recognition,as an important content of chemometric, reveals the implicit properties of substance from the chemical measurement data. Coupling chemical pattern recognition with LIBS can be used in material discrimination and classification. In this review, basic concepts and principles of chemical pattern recognition are introduced, as well as the application of chemical pattern recognition combined with LIBS in various fields. Finally, the promising research strategies and application of chemometric in LIBS are discussed.
