牙科氧化锆陶瓷表面处理对光学性能的影响

摘要:目的:分析表面处理对牙体氧化锆陶瓷的直接透射率、反射率和透射系数的影响,为提高氧化锆全瓷修复体的光学性能提供依据。 方法:采用氧化锆粉体(TZ-3YB-E,Tosoh,日本)干压成型,200MPa冷等静压,高温烧结至1500℃,制得直径15mm、厚度0.50mm的圆片试件,并制备厚0.50mm的牙本质切片,根据不同的表面处理分:未抛光组、抛光组(干燥)、抛光组(湿润)及对照组湿润的牙本质切片,每组样本5个,用PR-650光谱扫描色度仪测量透射率及反射率,计算透射系数。采用SPSS11.0统计软件,对数据作方差分析及Tukey组间两两比较。 结果:不同表面处理对氧化锆陶瓷试件直接透射率及反射率的影响有统计学意义(P<0.01),组间比较各组直接透射率及反射率均有统计学差异(P<0.01)。对氧化锆试件表面进行抛光,直接透射率由1.04%升高至1.39%,反射率由71.73%下降至64.82%,湿润的试件的透射率提高至1.59%,反射率下降。从透射系数来看,抛光后略升高,而湿润与干燥状态下的透射系数基本无变化。湿润氧化锆陶瓷试件的直接透射率与牙本质切片接近。 结论:不同表面处理对牙体氧化锆陶瓷的光学性能有影响。抛光和湿润处理将提高氧化锆陶瓷的透射率,降低反射率。建议临床对氧化锆修复体进行表面处理,以更好的模拟天然牙的光学性能。。

Influence of surface treatments on optical properties of zirconia dental ceramic
Abstract:IObjective To investigate the influence of surface treatments on the direct transmittance, the reflectivity and the transmittance coefficient for improving optical properties of zirconia all ceramic restorations. Methods Disc-shaped specimens, 15mm in diameter and 0.5mm in thickness, were fabricated from zirconia powers by dry pressing, cold isostatic pressing under 200 MP and sintering densely at the temperature 1500℃. Five dentin slices, 0.5mm in thickness, were prepared. Specimens were divided into four groups according to surface treatments, unpolished group, polished group (dry condition), polished group (wet condition) and control group (wet dentin slices). Each group has five specimens. The direct transmittance and the reflectivity were measured by the spectrocolorimeter (PR-650) and the transmittance coefficient was calculated. Statistical analysis was performed with one-way ANOVA and Tukey's multiple-comparison test by SPSS 11.0 software. Results The influence of surface treatments on the direct transmittance and the reflectivity was statistically significant (P<0.01). Comparing among groups, the direct transmittance and reflectivity had also significant difference (P<0.01). After Polishing the direct transmittance of zirconia specimens increased from 1.04% to 1.39% and the reflectivity decreased from 71.73% to 64.82%. The direct transmittance of polished specimens in the wet condition increased to 1.59% while the reflectivity decreased. The transmittance coefficient increased a little after polishing and kept substantially unchanged under the dry and wet conditions. The direct transmittance of zirconia specimens in the wet condition was approximate to the dentin slices. Conclusions Surface treatments influenced the optical property of zirconia specimens. Polishing and wetting treatments could increase the direct transmittance and decrease reflectivity. Surface treatments should be recommended to simulate optical properties of natural teeth.
