膜式微流控方法添加和去除低温保护剂的实验研究

摘要:随着干细胞等材料在临床和科研中的广泛应用,低温保存中面临着越来越多的微小体积对象,这就对低温保护剂去除/添加工作提出新的处理要求。本文提出一种基于微流控和膜分离技术的方法,并基于该方法建立的微流控系统。实验证明,该方法可实现小体积样品的细胞液低温保护剂的平稳、可控的添加/去除处理,有望大大提高小体积生物样品低温保护剂处理的效率和效果。

Experimental study of a membrane-based microfluidic approach for adding/removing cryoprotectant agents
Abstract:Along with the wide application of stem cells and other materials in clinical and scientific research, cryopreservation faces a growing number of small volume objects. Some new requirements have been raised during removing/loading cryoprotectant agents for such small volume objects. In this study, a novel membrane-based microfluidic approach was presented. Accordingly, a microfluidic system was designed and fabricated. Experiments demonstrated that the system can achieve stable and controllable adding/removing cryoprotectant for small volume samples,and it will greatly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of adding/loading cryoprotectant agents for small volume biological samples.
