飞秒激光制备多包层光波导及其荧光和拉曼性质的研究

摘要:飞秒激光微加工是近年来新兴的一种光波导制备方法。本文采用飞秒激光微加工技术,在钕离子掺杂的钆镓石榴石晶体中制备了一种新型的多包层光波导结构。研究了该光波导的微荧光和微拉曼性质。结果表明,波导区域很好的保持了晶体的材料特性,可用于波导传输和波导激光。

Luminecence and Raman study of multi-cladding waveguide fabricated by femtosecond laser micromachining
Abstract:We report on the fabrication of multi-cladding waveguide in Nd:GGG crystal by using femtosecond laser micromachining.The luminecence and Raman properties are studied, showing that the waveguide core well reserves the property of the substrate material. The results suggest that the fabricated waveguide has the potential for waveguiding and lasing.
