microRNAs调节牙釉质发育过程的作用及机制研究

摘要: microRNAs(miRNAs)是一类内源性的短链非编码RNA,在转录后水平调控基因的表达,在各项生物发生过程中发挥了重要的调控作用。牙釉质发育过程是牙发育过程的重要研究内容,任何发育过程的异常均会导致牙釉质发育的障碍,临床表现为牙釉质发育不全(AI)。本文就miRNAs在牙釉质发育过程中的表达和作用机制研究作一综述。

The Expression and Function of MicroRNAs in Enamel Development
Abstract:microRNAs(miRNAs) are endogenous short, noncoding RNAs that can negatively regulate gene expression post-transcritionally. miRNAs are involved in multiple developmental events in various tissues and organs. Such events include dental enamel development. Any disruption during enamel development may result in inherited enamel malformations, which is known as AI. This article will review the expression and function of miRNAs in enamel development.
