叶绿素荧光分析技术的应用及研究进展

摘要:综叶绿素荧光分析技术被称为研究植物光合功能的快速、无损伤的敏感探针,已经在光合机理、环境胁迫、林木培育等多个方面得到应用。随着该技术的不断的进步,其应用的领域也在不断的扩展。另外伴随着新仪器的开发和遥感技术的不断更新,被动荧光(基于太阳光的荧光测量: Solar induced fluorescence (SIF))的测量成为最新的研究热门话题。由于技术的发展使得卫星遥感能够在地区或者全球尺度上监测植物的叶绿素荧光成为可能。本文综述了叶绿素荧光分析技术的应用及研究进展。

Research and Application of chlorophyll fluorescence analysis techniques
Abstract:Chlorophyll fluorescence dynamics technique is known as a quick, non-destructive, and sensitive probe to study plant photosynthesis. It has been applied in many aspects such as photosynthetic mechanism, environmental stress, trees training and so on. With the continuous advancement of the technology, its field of application has also been extended. Also along with constantly updated of new instruments and developed remote sensing technology, passive fluorescence (fluorescence-based measurements of sunlight: Solar induced fluorescence (SIF)) measurement has become the latest hot topic in research. The development of satellite remote sensing technology enables the plant to monitor chlorophyll fluorescence at the regional or global scale to become possible. This paper reviews the research progress and application of chlorophyll fluorescence analysis techniques.
