可更换能量收集模块的多方向振动能量收集装置研究

摘要:针对全方向振动能量收集装置阻尼大、频带窄、结构复杂、安装繁琐等问题,优化设计一种可更换能量收集模块的多方向振动能量收集装置。在结构上,该装置实现了传统能量收集装置从单一整体结构到模块化组装的结构转化;在性能上,通过理论仿真计算确定装置材料尺寸,并经过实验测试装置性能,新设计的装置较之前装置相比最大峰值电压提高大约11倍,最大输出功率达到28.75μW。

Research on energy harvesting module can replace multi-directional vibration energy collection device
Abstract:Vibration energy collecting device for an omni-directional damping large, narrow band, complex, cumbersome installation problems, optimization design of a replaceable energy harvesting module multi-directional vibration energy collection device. Structurally, the device to achieve the structural transformation of the traditional energy collection device from a single unitary structure into a modular assembly; in performance, determine the size of the material means by theoretical simulation and experimental test device performance through new design compared to the previous device means by about 11 times compared to the maximum peak voltage, maximum output power of 28.75μW.
