考虑火电污染物时空分布特性的年合同电能分解模型

摘要:火电厂排放的大气污染物对人居环境的影响是与其时空分布特性有关的。本文基于人居环境的空气质量指数(Air Quality Index,AQI),通过对火电机组污染物排放和扩散特性的分析,得到评估火电污染物对人居环境影响程度的指标--AQI影响系数。据此提出了一种考虑现有各月AQI分布的火电机组年度合同电能分解模型,在优化重点月份AQI分布的同时兼顾能耗指标考核要求。算例表明,方法简便有效,能够调控火电机组AQI贡献值的年度分布状况并可缓解重点月份空气污染程度。

An electrical energy decomposition method of electric power considering space-time distribution characteristics of thermal power pollutants
Abstract:Thermal power plants discharge air pollutants, whose influence on living environment is related to its time and space distribution characteristics. Based on the air quality index (AQI) of living environment, This paper introduces an index, called AQI influence coefficient, to assess thermal power pollutant's degree of impact on the living environment by analysis of the characteristics of unit pollutant emissions and diffusion. This paper presents a decomposition method of thermal power unit annual contract electricity by considering the existing months AQI distribution based on the AQI influence coefficient. It can optimize the AQI distribution of month with poor air condition and satisfy the assessment criteria for energy consumption at the same time. Numerical example shows that this method is simple and effective, and it can optimize the annual distribution of AQI contribution from thermal power and significantly reduce air pollution of month with poor air quality.
