Al-Ti-B4C体系仿生层状复合材料止裂与抗冲击特性研究

摘要:本论文本论文以白蚬子壳为仿生模本,基于白蚬子壳轻质、高强、止裂、抗冲击功能特性与原理,以Al-Ti-B4C体系为原材料,采用燃烧合成与热压烧结相结合的制备方法,设计并制备一种仿生层状复合材料材料,并对其止裂特性和抗冲击特性进行了测试。结果表明仿生层状材料兼具轻质、高强、止裂、抗冲击功能,为工程中广泛应用的陶瓷/Al复合材料的强度与韧性共同提升提供一种新思路、新途径和新方法。

Study on the crack arrest property and impact resistance of bionic layered composite material of Al-Ti-B4C system
Abstract:White clam shell was the bionic model of this paper. Based on the characteristics of light weight, high strength, crack arrest property and impact resistance of white clam shell, a kind of bionic layered material of Al-Ti-B4C system was fabricated by corporation method of combustion synthesis and hot pressing sintering. This bionic layered material possessed the capabilities of light weight, high strength, crack arrest poperty and impact resistance, and provided the new idea, approach and method for the application of ceramic/Al composite in engineering.
