急性酒精暴露的脑功能改变静息态功能磁共振成像研究

摘要:目的 通过静息态fMRI检测健康成年人饮酒前后脑分数低频振幅(fALFF)的改变,探讨急性酒精暴露后脑功能变化特点。方法 共纳入健康成年男性19名,通过3.0T MR仪器采集饮酒前后脑静息态功能数据,计算fALFF值,并进行配对t检验分析。结果 酒精暴露下fALFF值明显降低的脑区包括:右侧角回/枕中回、右侧额上回眶部、右侧额上回背内侧;增强的脑区包括:右侧颞上回后部、右侧罗兰岛,右侧颞上回颞极部(P<0.001)。结论 静息态功能磁共振检测健康成年人饮酒后静息态脑网络发生广泛性改变,并存在功能增强和减弱脑区。本研究为探讨酒精依赖者相关神经机制提供新的方法和依据。?????

A resting-state fMRI study of the acute effects of alcohol exposure on the change of brain function
Abstract:Objective To explore the acute effect of alcohol exposure on the change of brain function in healthy individuals, fALFF of brain before and after drinking alcohol were measured by resting-state functional MRI.Methods Nineteen healthy male volunteers before and after drinking alcohol were examined by rest-state fMRI scans on a 3.0T MRI scanner. While fMRI data were acquired and calculated into fALFF. Two-sample t-test was used to compare the two groups, then the statistical differences were analyzed. Results In contrast to pre-alcohol, The brain regions of function decrease for post-alcohol included the right angular gyrus/the right middle occipital gyrus, the orbital part of the right superior frontal gyrus and the dorsomedial part of the right superior frontal gyrus ( P<0.001), while function increase brain regions were the right superior temporal gyrus, right Rolando area and right superior temporal pole (P<0.001).Conclusions The study of resting-state functional MRI suggests that extensive resting-state network changes after drinking alcohol in healthy adults and there exist function increase and decrease brain areas. A new method and basis is provided for exploration of neural mechanism related to alcohol dependence.?????
