基于EEMD 的抗扰动心血流参数提取方法

摘要:心血流参数是评估血流循环系统代偿功能的关键指标,在重大心脑血管疾病前期预防及术后介入治疗中有着重要参考价值。当前临床无创获取心血流参数的主要方法是指示剂光密度测量法,但该方法并未考虑生理及测量干扰对色素浓度测量的影响。针对这一问题,本文提出一种基于EEMD的抗扰动心血流参数提取方法,有效的滤除了测量信号的生理及测量干扰。通过测量得到的吲哚氰绿色素浓度的排泄曲线,计算出心输出量、脉率及血氧饱和度三项心血流参数。将该方法与上述三种参数的金标准-PiCCO2法、N-560法进行临床对比,测得10组心血流参数的对比数据,其平均相对误差分别为4.25%、0.50%、0.21%。测量结果满足临床检测精度的要求,可为临床检测提供一种无创、准确且精度高的心血流参数检测方法。

An anti-disturbance blood flow parameters extraction based on EEMD
Abstract:Blood flow parameters are key assessment index of blood circulatory system compensation and have great value in early prevention or aftertreatment of cardiovascular major diseases. Currently, clinical noninvasive method is dye densitometry ,but this method can not solve physiological and measurement noising influence of dye concentration measurement. In order to solve this problem, an anti-disturbance blood flow parameters extraction based on EEMD is proposed. Cardiac output, pulse rate, and saturation of blood oxygen are calculate with indole cyanide green concentration excretion curve. PiCCO2 and N-560 ,which are the gold standard method of the above three parameters measurement, were used to compare with EEMD extraction method. Ten group blood flow parameters correlation results showed that the average relative error of PR, SpO2 and CO were 4.25%、0.50%、0.21% , respectively. It is proved that measurement results meet the requirements of clinical detection accuracy. This method is a noninvasive and high-precision clinical method of blood flow parameters detection.
