简单酚与多酚在皮胶原中的渗透过程

摘要:为了描述植物鞣剂在皮胶原中的渗透过程,分别使用原翠雀定型(杨梅栲胶)、原花青定型(落叶松栲胶)以及原花青定-原翠雀定混合型鞣剂(马占相思栲胶)对裸皮进行了鞣制。利用电导法、正丁醇-盐酸法、普鲁士蓝法及HPLC,对不同鞣制时间的鞣液成分进行了分析。结果表明,在鞣制0-16h时,鞣液总酚含量、简单酚含量和多酚含量都迅速下降;在16-64h,鞣液总酚和简单酚含量下降至最低值,随后逐渐上升,而多酚含量则呈持续下降趋势;鞣制64-112h,鞣液总酚和简单酚含量逐渐上升至最大值后趋于平衡,而多酚含量则一直下降并逐渐趋于平衡。基于以上结果,植物鞣剂的渗透过程可总结为:鞣制开始时,鞣液中的简单酚与多酚都迅速向皮内渗透;随鞣制的进行,简单酚首先到达皮芯并与皮胶原形成可逆结合,此时鞣剂渗透完全,多酚则继续向皮芯渗透,同时逐渐替换皮胶原上的简单酚;继续鞣制,大部分简单酚被多酚替换,至鞣制结束。研究结果可为进一步阐明植物鞣制机理提供参考。

The Penetration Process of the Simple Phenolics and the Polyphenols
Abstract:The penetration process of the tannin extracts were investigatedwhile prodelphenidin (Bayberry tannin), procyanidin (Larch tannin) andprodelphenidin-procyanidin complexes (Acacia Mangium tannin) were used as tanning agents. Compositions of the tanning liquids were tested with a butanol-acid method, a Prussian blue method, a conductivity tester as well as a HPLC. The results shows that, from 0h to 16h, the total phenolics, simple phenolics and the polyphenols were all reduced. From 16h to 64h, both the total phenolics and simple phenolics weredecreased to the lowest value then gradually increased, whilethe content of the polyphenols was keep decreasing. From 64h to 112h, both the simple phenolics and the total phenolics were increased to the maximum value, however the polyphenols were found to keep decreasing then tends to equilibrium.Based on these results, the penetration of the tannin extracts can be concluded as: in the beginning of the tanning process, both the simple phenolics and the polyphenols starts to penetrateinto the hide; then simple phenolics complete the penetration and bonded to the collagen reversibly, meanwhile polyphenols penetrate gradually and replace these simple phenolics from collagen; At the end of the tanning process, most of the simple phenolics are replaced by the polyphenols. The results will provide valuable information to understand the vegetable tanning process.
