ΔRGB方法增强比色信号的研究

摘要:建立一种纸质葡萄糖传感器,比色检测葡萄糖,实验数据用以研究ΔRGB算法在比色检测中可能存在的问题。结果表明,ΔRGB方法可以提高灰度信号强度,并提高其检测限。但是,空白对照的信号强度和噪声也会被增强,导致校准曲线中决定系数、线性关系降低,和线性区校准曲线截距增大。

Study of Enhancement for colorimetric signals
Abstract:A paper-based sensor was established for the colorimetric analysis of the glucose. The experimental data were used to study the ΔRGB arithmetic in the colorimetric detection. The results showed that the signal intensities in grayscale were enhanced by the ΔRGB method which also increased the detection limit. However, the method enlarged the signal intensities of the blank control and the noise, which generated the reduction of the coefficient of determination and the linear relation with a larger intercept in the calibration curves.
