利用制革废牛毛制备制革专用蛋白填料的技术研究与应用

摘要:研究了制革保毛脱毛产生的废牛毛的碱法、酸法、氧化法、还原法等水解提取角蛋白的方法,采用正交试验优化了氧化法和碱法结合法水解制革废牛毛的条件,并对角蛋白进行丙烯酸改性,制备得到制革专用的蛋白填料,并应用于制革的复鞣填充工序中。结果表明:碱法水解牛毛效果较好,水解率达97.66%;碱氧化法水解废牛毛水解温度为80℃,过氧化氢用量为牛毛质量的50%,NaOH用量为牛毛质量的25%,时间为3h时,水解率最高,达到99.88%,提取的角蛋白颜色较浅;丙烯酸改性角蛋白,当改性温度为80℃,蛋白与丙烯酸的质量比为6:1,反应时间为3h,所得改性蛋白填料溶解性能最好;蛋白填料复鞣填充效果表明,所得皮革的增厚效果明显,成革感官与物理机械性能均满足要求。

Research and Application of Preparing Special Leather Protein Filling by Waste Ox Hair
Abstract:The methods of tannery waste ox hair hydrolyzed and keratin extracted was research,including alkaline process,acid process,oxidation process, reduction process.The condition of combination of oxidation and alkaline hydrolysis hydrolyzed tannery waste ox hair was optimized. The keratin was acrylic-modified to produce protein filler. And the protein filler was applied to retanning process. The result showed that alkaline hydrolysis ox hair had better results,hydrolysis rate could reach 97.66%;combination of oxidation and alkaline hydrolysis had higher hydrolysis rate when the temperature was 80℃,H2O2 in an amount of 50%,NaOH in an amount of 25%,time was 3h,hydrolysis rate could reach 99.875%,and the colour of the keratin was lighter, the retanning effect of the protein filler was good.Acrylic modified keratin,the solubility of protein filler was highest when the temperature was 80℃,mass ratio of keratin and acrylic acid was 6:1,time was 3h.Protein filler retanning filling leather, the thickening,hand feeling and physical properties of the leather were very good.
