从粒径变化分析无铬多金属配合物鞣剂

摘要:以粒径变化为指标,主要考察了基于锆铝钛多金属配合物鞣剂和铁锆铝多金属配合物鞣剂两种无铬鞣剂鞣液随不同条件的粒径变化,以此优化无铬鞣剂鞣革工艺条件。结果表明,影响锆-铝-钛配合物鞣液分子粒径大小的影响因素顺序是:pH>温度>浓度;而影响铁-锆-铝配合物鞣液分子粒径大小的影响因素顺序是:陈化时间>温度>pH。

Particle Size Variation of Chrome-Free Metal Complex Tanning Agents
Abstract:In an attempt to optimize chrome-free tanning technological conditions, average size variations of Zr-Al-Ti metal complex tanning agent and Fe-Zr-Al metal complex tanning agent under different conditions were analyzed in present study. Results showed that the influence factors of Zr-Al-Ti metal complex metal complex tanning agent was: pH> temperature> concentration, while that of Fe-Zr-Al metal complex tanning agent was precipitation time> temperature> pH.
