一系悬挂参数对地铁车辆动力学性能的影响

摘要:为提高地铁车辆的动力学性能,基于多体系统动力学理论建立地铁车辆动力学模型,综合分析一系悬挂参数对地铁车辆的抗蛇行稳定性、运行安全性和运行平稳性的影响。研究表明,一系悬挂参数对地铁车辆的动力学性能有较显著的影响,一系弹簧纵向刚度的建议取值范围为3~8MN/m,一系弹簧横向刚度的建议取值范围为1~5MN/m,一系弹簧垂向刚度的建议取值范围为0.5~1MN/m。?????

Influence of Primary Suspension Parameters on Dynamic Performance
Abstract: In order to improve the dynamic performance of metro vehicles. Based on multi-body system dynamics theory of subway vehicle dynamics model is established. Analyze the primary suspension parameter on the influence of the running security and running stability. The results show that the optimized primary suspension parameters have improved the dynamic performance of metro vehicle. A longitudinal stiffness of spring suggest the range between3~8MN/m, the range of the lateral stiffness of spring between1~5MN/m,the range of a spring vertical stiffness between 0.5~1MN/m。?????
