大规模新能源电源集中接入的电网继电保护研究综述

摘要:与同步发电机相比,以风电机组、光伏电池为代表的新能源电源在发电原理、并网方式和控制方式上有较大区别,故障后新能源电源电磁暂态特性发生变化,导致电网继电保护配置、整定、原理和算法面临严峻挑战。针对大规模新能源电源集中接入的电网继电保护,从新能源电源与场站故障特性、电网继电保护配置与整定、原理与算法三个方面展开综述,分析研究现状并提出若干需要进一步解决的问题和建议,以期为大规模新能源电源集中接入的电网继电保护研究提供借鉴。

Overview on relay protection for power systems with large-scale renewable energy sources centralized integration
Abstract:Compared with the traditional synchronous generators, renewable energy sources such as photovoltaic cells and kinds of wind turbine generators are different in the electricity generation principles, integration topology and control mode, which make their fault behaviors change a lot and make grid relay protections face serious challenges. Focused on relay protections of the power systems with large-scale renewable energy sources centralized integration, fault behaviors of renewable energy sources and farms, configuration and setting of relay protections, principle and algorithm of relay protections are reviewed. Existing problems are summarized and several advices are proposed.
