肺癌磁共振成像研究进展

摘要:肺癌是发病率及死亡率较高的恶性肿瘤之一。磁共振(Magnetic resonance imaging, MRI)为一种多参数、序列多样化、多平面、无辐射、无骨伪影且组织分辨率高的影像学检查手段。本文就磁共振在肺癌的诊断、分期和磁共振分子影像检测肺癌生长过程中病理组织结构改变作一综述,以提高磁共振在肺癌应用中的认识和理解水平,为临床肺癌治疗及预后评估提供影像学信息。

Advances of Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Lung Caner
Abstract:Lung cancer is one of the malignant tumors which have high morbidity and mortality. Magnetic Resonance imaging (MRI) is a multi parameter, sequence diversity, multi-planar, non -radiation, non-bone artifact and high tissue resolution imaging examination method. The magnetic resonance imaging in lung cancer staging diagnosis and molecular magnetic resonance imaging detection of pathological change during lung cancer growth will be reviewed in this paper, in order to improve the understanding of lung cancer, and provide radiological information for clinical lung cancer treatment and evaluation of prognosis.
