波导级联销钉阻抗调配器研究

摘要:阻抗调配器是大功率微波能应用系统中的重要器件。本论文通过分析波导级联销钉阻抗调配器的调节原理,以调配器中的销钉半径、销钉间距等参数为研究对象,利用电磁仿真软件CST进行仿真研究。同时将仿真结果与实验结果进行对比,分析了销钉半径、销钉间距以及工作频率对销钉调配器阻抗调配范围的影响,获得了波导级联销钉阻抗调配器阻抗和相位调节时的优化参数。

Study on Cascaded Stubs Waveguide Impedance Matching Network
Abstract:The impedance matching network is an important component in high power microwave application system. In this paper, the regulating principle of the cascaded stubs waveguide impedance matching network is deduced. By using electromagnetic simulation software CST, the stubs paramters including radius and spacing distance are anlyzed. Meanwhile, the simulation results are compared with experimental results. Through analyzing experimental results for the effects of stubs radius, stubs spacing and the operation frequency on the mathcing ranges, the optimized parameters for cascaded stubs waveguide impedance matching network are gotten.
