石墨烯基涂饰剂对黄牛纳帕鞋面革耐磨耗性能的影响

摘要:为提高黄牛纳帕鞋面革的涂层耐磨耗性能,制备并应用了石墨烯基皮革涂饰剂。首先以乙二醇乙醚作为分散介质,制备石墨烯含量为0.1%的分散液;然后将其分别添加到皮革中层涂料和顶层涂料中配制中层涂饰剂和顶层涂饰剂,并采用喷涂方式应用于黄牛纳帕鞋面的涂饰工艺;通过涂料的稳定性能和成品革的耐磨耗性能对配方和工艺进行优化。研究结果表明:乙二醇乙醚可以分散石墨烯,石墨烯分散液可用于制备皮革涂饰剂,石墨烯基涂饰剂可采用喷涂方式进行涂饰,涂饰后可提高成革涂层的耐磨耗性能。当中层涂饰剂和顶层涂饰剂中石墨烯的添加量为涂饰剂重量的0.03%和0.03%时,成品革涂层的耐磨耗性能最佳,达到4-5级。

Effect of Graphene Based Finishing Agent to the Wear Resistance of Nappa Cattle Upper Leather
Abstract:In order to improve the wear resistance of the leather coating, graphene based leather finishing agent was prepared and applied. Firstly, the ethylene glycol etheras was uesd to disperse the graphene and prepared graphene content of 0.1% dispersion; then the graphene dispersion was added to the leather intermediate coating and top coating to prepare the middle layer coating agent and the top finishing agent; and the finishing agent was used to finish the nappa cattle upper leathe by spraying; finally formulation of finishing agent and the finishing process were optimized by stable performance of finishing agent and the wear resistance of finished leather. The results showed that ethylene glycol etheras can disperse the praphene, the graphene dispersions can be used in the preparation of leather finishing agent, graphene based coating agent can be spray,and the graphene based finishing agent can improve the wear resistance of the leather coating.When the amount of the middle layer and the top layer of graphene is 0.03% and 0.03%, the weight of the graphene accounts for the whole finishing agent, the wear resistance of the coating is the best, which can be reached the level of 4-5.
