压井液中暂堵剂颗粒尺寸优选研究

摘要:在压井作业转层测试时,为了保护支撑裂缝,达到最好的暂堵效果,研究并优选了匹配裂缝尺寸的暂堵剂及最优比例。根据颗粒堆积理论得出,3种尺寸的颗粒堵漏效果最优,且量比为7:1:2时堆积率最高;此外,还对支撑陶粒进行了孔隙尺寸分布的精细描述。研究结果表明,对于20/40目陶粒,120/200目超细碳酸钙的量比关系为9.25:1时调试出的新压井液具有很好的储层保护作用。此外,可根据支撑陶粒的尺寸推算及优选暂堵剂颗粒的尺寸及量比关系。

Study on optimization of the particle size distribution of bridging agents in temporary kill fluid
Abstract:In order to protect proppedfractures and achieve best temporary sealing effect during transfer-layer test in well killing work, particle size distribution of bridging agents matching well with fractures and best ratio were studied and optimized. Optimal bridging effect of three sizes of bridging particles was drawn according to particle packing theory and accumulation rate was the greatest at 7:1:2 component proportion. Besides, detailed description of pore size distribution was performed. Research results indicated that as for 20/40 mesh ceramsite, the new kill fluid, 120/200 mesh ultra-fine calcium carbonate at proportion of 9.25:1, had excellent protecting effect. Furthermore, temporary bridging agent particle size and proportion can be drawn on the basis of proppantceramsite size.
