NP与HMP在热降解过程中的相互作用

摘要:在丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)/对苯二酚双[二(1-甲基-2苯基)磷酸酯] (HMP)/ 酚醛树脂(NP)复合材料中,HMP和NP存在着协同阻燃效果。当HMP:HMP:NP的比例为7:2:1时氧指数(LOI)达到33.5%,并且通过了UL-94测试达到V-1级。HMP的降解机理已经被探究,可是NP对HMP的降解的影响还没有被研究。本文研究了HMP、NP和HMP/NP的热重(TG)曲线,热重微分曲线(DTG)和不同温度下红外(FTIR)谱图的变化,探究了NP和HMP之间的相互作用。研究结果表明,HMP与NP之间相互作用更容易失氢成碳,形成更加稳定的碳层从而在受热过程中防止质量损失。

The interaction between NP and HMP in the process of thermal degration
Abstract:There has cooperative flame resistance effect between Hydroquinone bis(di-2-methylphenyl phosphate) (HMP) and novolac phenol (NP) in acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS). When the proportion of HMP:HMP:NP is 7:2:1, the limiting oxygen index (LOI) is 33.5%. ABS/HMP/NP pass UL-94 and achieve V-1. The thermal degradation mechanism of HMP has been successfully studied. This artical study thermogravimetric (TG), derivative thermogravimetric (DTG) analysis and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) under different temperature. The results prove that HMP and NP interact with each other. HMP/NP lose hydrogen and form carbon layer easily and therefore prevent the mass loss In the process of heating.
