基于转录组的家蝇防御素基因序列生物信息学分析

摘要:【目的】抗菌肽是生物体产生的一类由特定基因编码的小分子多肽,是生物体免疫系统的重要组分。在转录组水平上对家蝇(Musca domestica)抗菌肽防御素基因家族的筛选及生物信息学分析,为进一步研究家蝇防御素在免疫系统中的功能奠定基础。【方法】基于转录组数据,通过生物信息学方法对家蝇防御素基因进行筛选和分析,系统进化和结构预测。【结果】在家蝇转录组中鉴定出5个防御素蛋白基因,其编码的蛋白质含有40-73个氨基酸,分子量约为4-7.82 kD,等电点为4.72-8.96,并预测了它们的二级和三级结构。【结论】研究分析表明,利用家蝇转录组数据筛选的防御素基因在序列和蛋白上较为保守,该研究结果为进一步阐明该家族的免疫功能提供了重要理论基础。

Bioinformatical analysis of Defensin in Musca domestica, from its transcriptome database
Abstract:【Aim】 Antimicrobial peptides are a result of the organisms category by specific genes encoding small molecule polypeptide, is a important component of the biology immune system. Through the transcriptome level housefly (Musca domestica) antibacterial peptide defense screening of gene families and bioinformatics analysis, for the further study of housefly defensive element to lay a good foundation in the immune system function.【Methods】Based on the transcriptome data, through bioinformatics methods for housefly defense gene screening and analysis of system evolution and structure prediction.【Results】 in housefly transcription group identified five defense protein gene, its coded protein contains 40-73 amino acids, about 4-7.82 kD molecular weight, isoelectric point of 4.72-8.96, and predict their secondary and tertiary structure.【Conclusion】 The analysis show that the use of housefly transcriptome data screening of defense genes tend to be conservative in the sequence and protein, the results in order to further clarify the family provides important theoretical basis for immune function.
