补充虫草超微粉胶囊对中长跑运动员训练期运动疲劳及免疫功能的影响

摘要:观察补充虫草超微粉胶囊对中长跑运动员运动疲劳恢复、机体免疫调节功能及其作用机制。将15名中长跑运动员随机分为三组:对照组、低剂量组、高剂量组,三组受试者在同地点时间采用同样方法进行训练。对照组、低剂量组、高剂量组分别给予安慰剂、虫草超微粉胶囊10粒/日、20粒/日;服药期4周,观察服药前后体能、心理疲劳、血液生化等指标的变化。与对照组相比,低剂量组实验前后体重和体成分无差异,无氧功率及最大摄氧量升高,心理疲劳参数、红细胞参数稳定,血清皮质醇显著下降(P<0.05),血清中肌酸激酶、尿素氮显著下降(P<0.05),T淋巴免疫细胞亚群CD3+, CD4+/CD8均显著升高(P<0.01),其中高剂量组血清皮质醇未出现和低剂量组一致的变化,对照组在服药前后测试数据未有明显变化,三组人员服药期间均未出现肝脏损伤。训练期间给予中长跑运动员补充虫草超微粉胶囊,可在一定程度上缓解运动造成的血清皮质醇、 肌酸激酶、尿素氮增加,提高T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+, CD4+/CD8比例,从而缓解因过度运动造成的疲劳和免疫力下降。通过实验结果推测认为,冬虫夏草超微粉中的虫草多糖、腺苷、虫草素等成分具有清除体内自由基、促进抗氧化酶活性、减少蛋白质的分解、改善运动应激对免疫细胞造成的过度激活、促进淋巴细胞增殖等功能,从而对机体抗疲劳和免疫调节有重要作用。

Effect of Cordyceps superfine capsule on exercise fatigue and immune function in training period distance runners
Abstract:objective: Observation effect and mechanism of Cordyceps superfine capsule supplement for distance athletes in fatigue recovery and immune regulation. Methods: Fifteen middle and long distance athletes were randomly assigned to three groups: control group, low does group and high does group. Three groups trained together at the same time and place. Control group, low does group and high does group were provided with placebo, Cordyceps 10 capsules/day and Cordyceps 20 capsules/day, respectively, during 4 weeks test period. exercise capacity, mental fatigue evaluation, blood biochemistry indexes were performed before and after medication. Results: By observing subjects taking Cordyceps ultrafine particle capsules to found, low does group before and after the experiment was no difference in body weight and body composition; anaerobic power and maximum oxygen uptake increased slightly; mental fatigue parameters and red blood cell parameters were stable; serum cortisol significantly decreased (P <0.05); serum creatine kinase, blood urea nitrogen decreased significantly (P <0.05); T lymphoid immune cell subsets, CD3+, CD4+/CD8+ were significantly increased (P <0.01); the serum cortisol data of high dose group did not change before and after taking medicine, all subjects were not liver damage during the medication. Conclusion: Supplement Cordyceps ultrafine particle capsules in distance runners during the training period could accelerate fatigue recovery to some extent, improve the immune capacity of the athletes. The physical and mental state of athletes was well during training and not appeared over fatigue. The experimental results suggest that Cordyceps polysaccharides, adenosine, cordycep in in Cordyceps ultrafine particle may play an important role in immune regulation and the body's resistance to fatigue.
