酸醇洗涤法制备的SBA-15载体对Ni/SBA-15催化二氧化碳重整甲烷性能的影响

摘要:通过酸醇洗涤法制备的SBA15-aaw (acid alcohol washing)载体,负载Ni后得到5% Ni/SBA15-aaw催化剂;以传统焙烧法(500 ℃, 6 h)制备的SBA15-cal载体,负载Ni后得到5% Ni/SBA15-cal催化剂。对不同方法制得的SBA-15载体进行了红外漫反射(FTIR)、元素分析(EA)表征;对两种催化剂进行了X射线衍射(XRD)、程序升温还原(TPR)表征。此外,在固定床上考察了两种催化剂在二氧化碳重整甲烷反应(Carbon Dioxide Reforming of Methane to Syngas, CRM)中的催化性能。结果表明,Ni/SBA15-aaw催化剂由于SBA15-aaw载体在制备过程中残留有一定量的模板剂P123,促进了Ni的分散度,从而获得了高分散的Ni基催化剂,因而在CRM反应中表现出优异的活性和稳定性。

The Influence of SBA-15 Support Prepared by Acid Alcohol Washing Method on the Ni/SBA-15 Catalyst for the Performance of Carbon Dioxide Reforming of Methane to Syngas
Abstract:The 5% Ni/SBA15-aaw catalyst was prepared by the conventional impregnation method with the SBA15-aaw support, obtained by the acid alcohol washing method. While the 5% Ni/SBA15-cal catalyst was prepared with the SBA15-cal support, obtained by the conventional calcination method (500 oC, 6 h). These supports were all characterized by FTIR and EA, and these catalysts were all characterized by XRD and TPR. Besides, these catalysts were employed to catalyze the carbon dioxide reforming of methane (CRM) reaction to evaluate the catalytic performances. The results revealed that the residual P123 on SBA15-aaw support improved the dispersion of NiO on support, and ultimately generated excellent DRM reaction activity and stability.
