六韧带手性蜂窝结构水下非接触性爆炸作用下的抗冲特性研究

摘要:针对含有六韧带空腔声学覆盖层结构在水下非接触爆炸作用下舰船的抗冲特性,借助数值仿真的手段,采用大型有限元软件ABAQUS建立了水下非接触性爆炸算例模型,研究了以超弹性材料为基底的六韧带手性蜂窝结构覆盖层水下非接触性爆炸作用下的抗冲特性分析,进一步探究了覆盖层结构在水下爆炸冲击波作用下的动态响应和变形模式,以及材料密度对覆盖层结构的防护抗冲性能的影响,为水下非接触性爆炸作用下防护层的选用与多目标优化设计提供参考。

A study of the Shock Resistance of Hexagonal Honeycomb Layered Subjected to Non-contact underwater Explosion
Abstract:Aimed at containing acoustics hexagonal honeycomb cavity subjected to non-contact underwater explosion under the action of impact properties of ships, using the means of numerical simulation,the non-contact underwater explosion model is established by the large-scale finite element software ABAQUS, A study of the shock resistance based on hyperelastic material of hexagonal honeycomb chiral layer under the non-contact underwater explosion, the dynamic response and deformation pattern of the layered are further explored under shock wave loading, and material density on the layer structure of protection the influence of impact resistance, and provided a guideline for selecting protective claddings and multi-objective optimal design when subjected to UNDEX.
