搅拌摩擦加工工艺参数对5083铝合金接头性能的影响

摘要: 通过正交试验法选取最具代表性的实验参数进行搅拌摩擦加工,研究旋转速度、焊接速度和下压量对5083铝合金FSP接头组织性能的影响,并对加工完成后的式样进行力学性能分析、金相观察分析和显微硬度测试。研究结果表明:对于5083铝合金最优的工艺参数为:旋转速度1300r/min、焊接速度400mm/min、下压量0.3mm,此时的抗拉强度为214MPa,达到母材的93.05%。经过搅拌摩擦加工后焊核区的晶粒会得到明显的细化,为细小的等轴晶粒,晶粒尺寸为10um左右。焊接热输入会导致接头存在一段软化区域,上部和下部的软化区域宽度分别为16mm和7mm,接头上部软化区域的硬度较低,在接头后退侧的硬度会略低于前进侧。

Influence of Friction Stir Processing parameters on the properties of 5083 aluminum alloy joints
Abstract:Through orthogonal test to select the most representative of experimental parameters on friction stir processing,study the effectiveness of rotation speed、welding speed and pressing amount on the properties of 5083 aluminum alloy FSP joint organization,and then testing the mechanical property、microstructure、microhardness of the joint.Results show that the most optimized process parameters is:rotation speed is 1300r/min;welding speed is 400mm/min and pressing amount is 0.3mm.At this time,the tensile strength is 214MPa,is about 93.05% of the base metal.After FSP,the grain size on the nugget zone will be much more small,it is the fine equiaxed grain,the size is about 10um.The joint will exist a softening area because of the welding heat input.The width of softening zone on the upper surface and bottom surface is about 16mm and 7mm.Compared to the bottom surface,the hardness of the upper softening zone will be smaller.In the joint,the hardness will be slightly below the advancing side of the retreating side.
