基于差分进化算法的航空瞬变电磁反演研究

摘要:将一种比较新且性能优良的智能优化算法--差分进化(DE)算法引入到航空瞬变电磁反演中,以航空瞬变电磁一维正演理论为基础,编写了差分进化算法反演程序,将典型的地电模型响应作为实测值,对其进行非线性反演计算,取得了良好的反演效果。与阻尼最小二乘算法反演结果对比,发现该方法具有更高的精度和收敛速度。研究表明:差分进化算法对数据反演拟合程度较高,提高了航空瞬变电磁的反演解释精度。

Study on inversion of airborne transient electromagnetic method based on differential evolution algorithm
Abstract:A new and excellent intelligent optimization algorithm-differential evolution (DE) algorithm is introduced to the inversion of airborne transient electromagnetic method. The inversion program of differential evolution algorithm is programmed based on the 1-D forward theory of airborne transient electromagnetic. Then the typical geoelectric models are calculated by nonlinear inversion and good inversion results are achieved. Compared with the inversion results of the damped least square algorithm, this method is found to have a higher precision. The studies have shown that the differential evolution algorithm has a high degree of fitting to the measured data, which improves the accuracy of inversion of the airborne transient electromagnetic field.
