摘要:基于数字电子数据的可传输性,建立一种可远程分析葡萄糖的纸质传感系统。该系统运用纸质传感平台比色分析葡萄糖,可成像设备将检测结果转换成数字数据并通过网络传输。结果证明,纸质平台与不同的成像设备结合,可实现对葡萄糖溶液的浓度分析,并形成不同的校准曲线,均有很好的线性关系。数字信息可通过通讯网络传输至医疗中心,从而形成一种可远程分析葡萄糖的医疗系统。该方法在疾病的比色检测上具有一定的通用性,有较强的适用性和推广应用前景。

Tele-medicine glucose sensor based on imaging devices
Abstract:A tele-medicine system of glucose was established, which was based on the transmittability of the electronic data. The telemedicine system utilized the paper-based platforms for the colorimetric analysis of the glucose solution, the analysis results were converted to the digital data by the imaging devices, and the communication network was applied to transmit the data. The results showed that the system combined by the paper-based platform with different imaging devices can be used to analyze glucose. Different calibration curves with good linear relationship were formed. These data are able to transmit to medical centres on communications networks, which generates the telemedicine system for glucose analysis. This method is universal for the colorimetric determination of diseases and is possessed of stronger applicability and prospect of popularization.
