一种矿热炉交流磁场流路径切向探测仪的开发

摘要:在矿热炉冶炼过程中,炉内通有强大的交变电流,炉外存在磁场,而磁场流路径切向与炉内电流、电极位置等参数密切相关,在炉外测出磁场流路径切向,对炉况分析和工艺改进有着重要的指导意义。设计了一种交流磁场流路径切向探测仪,根据探头所测磁场的三维分量分析磁场流路径切向,通过转台转动使得探头指向于磁场流路径切向。测试结果表明,该探测仪能正确判断出交流磁场流路径切向,这对矿热炉相关参数分析有重要价值。

Development of a Detector for Path Tangent Direction of AC Magnetic Field Flow of Submerged Arc Furnace
Abstract:In the smelting process of submerged arc furnace(SAF), there exists strong alternating current in the furnace, and magnetic field outside of the furnace simultaneously. The path tangent direction of AC magnetic field flow is closely related to the parameters such as the current and the electrode position in the SAF. Detecting the path tangent direction of AC magnetic field of the SAF has important guiding significance to the furnace condition analysis and process improvement. A detector for the path tangent direction of AC magnetic field flow is designed. The path tangent direction can be detected according to the three-dimensional components of the magnetic field measured by the probe, and the probe can point to the path tangent direction by rotating the turntable. The test results show that the detector can correctly judge the path tangent direction of AC magnetic field flow, which is of important value for the parameter analysis of the SAF.
