乡镇卫生院医务人员工作满意度、职业成长期待、心理韧性对职业早期承诺的影响

摘要:目的:探讨乡镇卫生院医务人员的工作满意度、职业成长期待和心理韧性对职业生涯早期承诺的影响,为提高乡镇卫生院卫生人才队伍的稳定性提供理论依据。方法:采用问卷调查法收集数据,运用描述性统计、相关分析及多元线性回归分析法处理数据。结果:工作满意度(β=0.537, P<0.01)、职业成长期待(β=0.574, P<0.01)及心理韧性(β=0.401, P<0.01)对职业承诺具有显著的正向预测作用。结论:较高的工作满意度、职业成长期待和良好的心理韧性有助于提升乡镇卫生院医务人员的职业生涯早期承诺。

The influence of job satisfaction, career development expectation and psychological resilience of new medical staffs in township hospital on the early occupational commitment
Abstract:Object: To explore the influence of job satisfaction, career development expectation and psychological resilience on the early occupational commitment of the new medical staffs in the township hospital. In order to provide a theoretical reference for improving the stability of health personnel in township hospitals. Methods: Using a questionnaire survey method to collect data. Descriptive statistics, personal correlation analysis and Hierarchical linear regression were performed to analyze the data. Results: The finding indicated that job satisfaction(β=0.537, P<0.01), career development expectation(β=0.574, P<0.01)and psychological resilience (β=0.401, P<0.01) had a significantly predictive effect on occupational commitment. Conclusion: Higher level of job satisfaction, career development expectation and psychological resilience will help to improve the early occupational commitment of new medical staffs in township hospital.
