乡镇卫生院新入职医务人员工作满意度影响因素分析

摘要:目的:了解乡镇卫生院新入职医务人员工作满意度现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法:采用网络调查法收集问卷,运用描述性统计方法和Logistic回归分析法分析工作满意度的影响因素。结果:单位发展前景(Wald=5.765, P=0.016, OR=7.717)、工作收入(Wald=4.340, P=0.037, OR=1.965)、社会地位(Wald=4.117, P=0.042, OR=1.853)、个人价值实现(Wald=7.378, P=0.007, OR=2.218)和家庭支持(Wald=5.025, P=0.025, OR=1.895)对工作满意度有正向预测作用(b值分别为2.043、0.676、0.617、0.797、0.639,P<0.05)。结论:单位发展前景、工作收入、社会地位、个人价值实现和家庭支持均是工作满意度的保护因素。单位发展前景、社会地位和家庭支持是工作满意度外部影响因素,工作收入、个人价值实现是工作满意度内部影响因素。

Analysis on the influencing factors of job satisfaction of new medical staff in township hospital
Abstract:Objective: To investigate the status of job satisfaction of new medical staff in township hospital and to discuss its influencing factors. Methods: Using the online survey method to collect the questionnaires, the descriptive statistics and Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of job satisfaction. Results: Unit development prospects (Wald=5.765, P=0.016, OR=7.717), work income (Wald=4.340, P=0.037, OR=1.965), social status (Wald=4.117, P=0.042, OR=1.853), realization of personal value (Wald=7.378, P=0.007, OR=2.218), family support (Wald=5.025, P=0.025, OR=1.895) had a significantly positive prediction on job satisfaction(value of b is 2.043, 0.676, 0.617, 0.797, 0.639, P<0.05). Conclusion: Unit development prospects, work income, social status, realization of personal value and family support are all the protective factors of job satisfaction. Unit development prospects, social status and family support are the externally influencing factors of job satisfaction, work income, realization of personal value are the internally influencing factors of job satisfaction.
