沙柳综纤维素的多元醇液化特征及其产物分析

摘要:为了探明沙柳综纤维素的多元醇液化特征及其液化产物的结构特征,本研究利用常压液化方法,选取液化温度为170℃,液固比为5:1,催化剂用量10%,液化时间设置为30min、60min、90min、120min、150min的液化条件,对沙柳综纤维素进行液化,并以沙柳木粉作为对比试验。试验结果表明,综纤维素在相同的液化条件下,与沙柳木粉的液化特征是非常相似的,残渣率都是在反应时间90min时达到最低,随着时间的延长,残渣率上升。在相同液化反应条件下,综纤维素的残渣率小于沙柳木粉的。通过对综纤维素及其残渣进行SEM表征,可以观察到在0min到150min的液化反应过程中,纤维素结构完整到出现残渣碎片,最终重新缩聚成为不溶于丙酮的残渣的过程。同时印证了综纤维素残渣率的变化曲线。通过对综纤维素液化前后的FTIR图像进行对比,发现醇类物质在液化反应后大量释放,适合下一步聚氨酯合成。

Characteristics of the Salix holocellulose liquefaction in polyatomic alcohol and liquefacted product analysis
Abstract:In this paper,in order to find out characteristics of Salix holocellulose polyols liquefaction and structural features of liquefied products, this study selectes liquefaction reaction conditions which are 170 ℃, the liquid-solid ratio of 5:1 and dosage of catalyst 10%. Liquefaction time sets to 30min, 60min, 90min, 120min and 150min. Liquefactions of Salix powder are as contrast test. Test results show that liquefaction characteristics of holocellulose are similar to ones of Salix powder under the same liquefaction condition. Residue rate is reached the minimum when the reaction time is 90 min, as the extension of reaction time, the residue rates rise.Under the same liquefaction reaction condition, holocellulose residue rates are smaller than Salix powder in the same time. Through SEM characterization of holocellulose and its residue, it can be observed that the intact structures of holocellulose become debris, and finally format residue that is insoluble in acetone. This confirm holocellulose residue rate curve. By FTIR images comparison before and after the liquefaction of holocellulose, it finds that a large number of alcohols release after liquefaction reaction, it is suitable for the polyurethane synthesis.
